Africa has a myriad of governance , corruption and accountability challenges that impede meaningful youth engagement in governance, political and civic processes. We believe that Africa is well endowed with resources but governance deficiency that breeds conflicts, dependency and corruption can be addressed in our generation. OAY is supporting nonpolitical and non-partisan engagement of female and male youth through their empowerment, access to opportunities and meaningful participation.
